30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut PPF kits that have been opened or applied cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. Sealed, unopened kits are eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange a kit for a different vehicle or coverage area?

Yes, exchanges are available for unopened kits. Contact us and we will coordinate the swap. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Do you offer refunds on shipping costs?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

What if my kit does not fit properly?

Our kits are precision-cut using verified templates. If you experience a fitment issue, contact us with photos and your vehicle details so we can resolve it quickly.
